5. Payment and Course Purchase

We go show course price before you buy am. When you complete purchase, you authorize di payment provider wey dey handle di transaction to process your payment.

Student na im responsibility to check course information and price before completing payment. If refund dey available, we go handle am according to Pidgin School refund policy wey apply.

6. Certificate

If course get certificate, student must complete di requirements for that course before certificate fit become available.

7. Tutor Content and Copyright

Tutor na im responsibility to make sure say e get legal right to upload and distribute every video, audio, image, document, music, recording and other material wey e submit to Pidgin School.

Tutor no suppose upload:

Copyrighted material wey e no get permission to use.
Pirated content.
Another person's content without proper authorization.
Content wey infringe another person's intellectual property right.
Illegal or fraudulent material.

Tutor fit need confirm say: "I get copyright for dis content." When tutor tick and confirm am, e mean say tutor dey confirm say e get necessary right or permission to submit di content.

Pidgin School fit remove content if person make copyright complaint or we reasonably believe say di content dey infringe another person's right.

8. Things Wey You No Suppose Do

You no suppose use Pidgin School to:

Commit fraud.
Pretend say you be another person.
Upload illegal content.
Harass or threaten other users.
Distribute malware or harmful software.
Try to enter di platform without authorization.
Manipulate course sales, reviews, referrals or payouts.
Abuse promotional or referral systems.
Try bypass payment or course-access controls.

9. Referral Programme

Pidgin School fit run referral programme. If referral programme dey available, users fit get referral link or referral code.

Pidgin School fit add, change, suspend or stop some platform features. This fit include course features, tutor dashboard, student dashboard, referral programme, payout system, certificates, audio or video features, and search or discovery features.

We go make reasonable effort to keep di platform available and working, but we no fit promise say access go always dey without interruption.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

Pidgin School fit suspend or close account if user break these Terms, commit fraud, upload prohibited content, infringe copyright, manipulate payment or referral, try compromise di platform, or provide false information.

Where e make sense, we fit also remove course or other content connected to di account.

14. Limitation of Liability

Pidgin School dey provide di platform on an "as available" basis.

To di extent wey applicable law allow, Pidgin School no go be responsible for losses wey happen because of temporary platform interruption, internet or network failure, unauthorized access caused by user failing to protect account, problem from third-party payment provider, content created by independent tutor, or student failing to complete course.

Pidgin School fit use third-party services for payment, hosting, communication, analytics, artificial intelligence, audio generation or other platform functions. Those third-party services fit get their own terms and privacy policy.

If you register as tutor on Pidgin School, you agree to these extra requirements:

You confirm say you own course content wey you upload or you get all necessary rights and permission to use am, including video, audio, image, document, music, voice recording, course description and other course materials.
Submitting course no mean say Pidgin School must publish am. Pidgin School fit review, approve, reject, return for correction or remove course.
For eligible course payments, current royalty arrangement na 70% for Tutor and 30% for Pidgin School. Royalty calculation fit be affected by refund, payment reversal, applicable fee, tax, promotion or other adjustment wey Pidgin School disclose.
Eligible tutor earnings fit be paid according to Pidgin School payout process. Tutor must provide correct bank or payment information.
Tutor must provide educational content honestly and professionally and must not upload fraudulent, illegal, abusive, hateful, misleading or infringing material.
Pidgin School fit remove or suspend course if copyright complaint, legal concern, serious quality issue, fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms happen.
Tutor na im responsibility to make sure say public profile information correct and appropriate.

When you tick di tutor agreement box and complete registration, you confirm say you don read, understand and agree to these Terms and di Tutor Agreement.
